Negative effect of cyclooctatetraene on small coaxial flashlamp-pumped dye lasers

Journal Article · · IEEE J. Quant. Electron.; (United States)
The negative effect of cyclooctatetraene (COT) on the efficiency of a dye laser using a small-bore (ID = 5 mm) and fast-rise-time (80 ns, 10 to 90% of maximum) coaxial flashlamp pump was investigated.
