Information on international research and development activities in the field of energy
This directory is the product of a data collection effort undertaken by the Smithsonian Science Information Exchange (SSIE) on behalf of an interagency committee formed under the U.S. State Department to provide international cooperation in energy research and development. Included is information covering 1766 ongoing and recently completed energy research projects conducted in Canada, Italy, the Federal Republic of Germany, France, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and 25 other countries. In addition to the title and text of project summaries, the directory contains the following indexes: Subject Index, Investigator Index, Performing Organization Index, and Supporting Organization Index.
