This report contains tabulations of results of telephone interviews conducted by Opinion Research Corporation on the public's attitudes towards the following topics: role of rebates to encourage installation of storm windows and insulation; attitudes toward gasoline use and gas taxes; appliance purchases; and attitudes toward returnable bottles and cans. A total of 608 interviews were conducted for Wave 23 and 603 interviews for Wave 22, during the period January 13 to February 9, 1975.
