A system of ''tagged'' photons was created using the extracted electron beam of the Tomsk synchrotron. The recoil electrons, whose energy is determined by a magnetic analyzer, are recorded by 10 channels of FEU-87 photomultiplier scintillation counters. The system allows photons having an energy of from 200 to 850 MeV to be obtained for an energy resolution +-2%. For an intensity of 1 x 10/sup 10/ per cycle of the extracted electron beam, one can obtain 5 x 10/sup 4/ labeled quanta per channel.
