California coastal plan: a critique

Mead; and The Transportation Element, Ross D. Eckert. Professor Johnson presented the concluding remarks. The California Coastal Coast Conservation Commission released its Coastal Plan to the public on December 1, 1975. The Institute for Contemporary Studies asked ten economists and political scientists to review and critique a specific part of the Plan. The papers are: The Economics of Environmental Extremism, M. Bruce Johnson; The California Coastal Plan as a Constitution; Eugene Bardach; Income-Distributive Consequences, Daniel Orr; Circumstances of Time and Place--Environmental Aspects.
