The SEER II fallout model was designed to produce fallout patterns similar to the output of DELFIC for moderately to severely sheared winds for weapons in the 1 KT to 30 MT range. The objectives of this study are (1) to provide SEER II with the capability to adjust for height of burst, fission fraction, time of burst, and wind variability with time and location, (2) to convert SEER II to a damage assessment mode, (3) to use the revised model in full scale damage assessment exercises, and (4) to compare results of this model with results of the WSEG-10 fallout model.
