This patent describes an apparatus. It comprises a rotatable shaft member; driving means for driving the shaft member; means for generating a signal; means attached to the shaft member for intermittently interrupting the signal; and means for detecting the signal and operatively associated with the driving means to actuate the means for generating the magnetic field to drive the shaft member in rotating fashion by repelling and attracting the first magnets.
