Investigation of the emission spectra of HF and DF lasers

An investigation was made of the spectral energy distribution in the radiation emitted from HF and DF chemical lasers. It was found experimentally that the presence of HF in the original mixture of fluorine and hydrogen reduced the output energy of the laser and also altered the emission spectrum. (IAA)
