Tests of isospin symmetry breaking at [phi](1020) meson factories

In a model of isospin symmetry breaking we obtain the ([ital e][sup [minus]][ital e][sup +][r arrow][pi][sup [minus]][pi][sup +]) amplitude [ital Q] and the isospin [ital I]=0 and [ital I]=1 relative phase [psi] at the [phi](1020) resonance in approximate agreement with experiment. The model predicts [Gamma]([phi][r arrow][omega][pi][sup 0])[approx]4[times]10[sup [minus]4] MeV. We have also obtained [Gamma]([phi][r arrow][eta][prime][gamma])=5.2[times]10[sup [minus]4] MeV. Measuring this partial width would strongly constrain [eta]-[eta][prime] mixing. The branching ratios B of the isospin violating decays [rho][sup +][r arrow][pi][sup +][eta] and [eta][prime][r arrow][rho][sup [plus minus]][pi][sup [minus plus]] are predicted to be B([rho][sup +][r arrow][pi][sup +][eta])=3[times]10[sup [minus]5] and B([eta][prime][r arrow][rho][sup [plus minus]][pi][sup [minus plus]])=4[times]10[sup [minus]3], respectively, leading to B[[phi][r arrow][rho][sup [plus minus]][pi][sup [minus plus]][r arrow]([pi][sup [plus minus]][eta])[pi][sup [minus plus]][r arrow]([pi][sup [plus minus]][gamma][gamma]) [pi][sup [minus plus]]]=10[sup [minus]6] and B[[phi][r arrow][eta][prime][gamma][r arrow]([rho][sup [plus minus]][pi][sup [minus plus]])[gamma]]=2[times]10[sup [minus]6].
