This paper discusses the current ERDA assistance programs in the fuel cycle areas of uranium resources, enrichment, reprocessing and recycle, and waste management, namely: the National Uranium Resource Evaluation, the Nuclear Fuel Assurance Act, commercial charge for enrichment services, Expression of Interest for commercial reprocessing/recycle, and waste solidification and terminal storage.
