This issue looks at how petroleum products are priced in 60 countries around the world in 1991 to show how domestic pricing has changed since 1984. The issue also presents the following: (1) the ED Refining Netback Data Series for the US Gulf and West Coasts, Rotterdam and Singapore as of Nov. 8, 1991; and (2) the ED Fuel Price/Tax Series for countries of the Western Hemisphere, November 1991 edition.
