The proposed rule would limit organic hazardous air pollutant (HAP) emissions from the following sources at aerospace facilities: cleaning operations, primer application operations, topcoat application operations, depainting operations, chemical milling maskant application operations, and the handling and storage of waste. The proposed rule would also limit inorganic HAP emissions from primer, topcoat, and depainting operations.
