Atlanta ozone-precursor monitoring-study data report

Technical Report ·
OSTI ID:7222517
Monitoring was conducted during the summer of 1990 to address the measurement of ozone (O3) and ozone precursors in Atlanta, Georgia. Data were collected using automated gas chromatography. Resolved individual species were detected via a flame ionization detector (FID) and an electron capture detector (ECD). The study area included six continuous and six enhancement sites located in and around the greater metropolitan Atlanta area. The collected data provide an information base to support the development and implementation of improved strategies to reduce O3 in metropolitan areas. This data base contains more than 300,000 hourly measurements of the various parameters and species identified for the study.
