Terrestrial photovoltaic measurement procedures

A set of measurement procedures for terrestrial photovoltaic applications is presented. These procedures are the results of the ERDA/NASA Workshop held in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, November 10 to 12, 1976. The topics covered include both indoor and natural sunlight current-voltage measurements of single cells and arrays, calibration of reference cells, a description of common test equipment and solar simulators, and a revised terrestrial solar spectrum at air mass 1.5.
