The bibliography cites Federally-funded research on all types of gas and particle scrubbers, including air pollution control equipment for both stationary and mobile sources. Design, performance, gas flow characteristics, and some of the chemistry of scrubbers are covered. The described processes and equipment are suitable for removal of SO2, NOx, CO, CO2, organics, and particulates.
