A Honeywell Multics Fortran 4 program is described for numerically computing all Cartesian components of both electric and magnetic fields about a grounded horizontal electric dipole, a finite wire source of arbitrary length, or an infinite wire for the quasistatic case over an isotropic horizontally stratified earth. Closed form expressions and rapid numerical methods have been developed to compute the fields about the finite-length grounded wire. The fields may be computed as functions of time or frequency. The program listing, documentation, and some example terminal sessions are included.
