Fourier collocation method for solving nonlinear Klein-Gordon equation

A Fourier collocation scheme is proposed for solving the periodic problem of nonlinear Klein-Gordon equation. It keeps the energy discretely and is shown to be stable or generalized stable. Its convergence is investigated. Numerical results are also presented. 10 refs., 2 tabs.
