Partial photoionization cross sections of atoms and ions from He to Zn for all subshells nl of ground-state species are calculated with the Hartree-Dirac-Slater method for photon energies E [le] 100 E[sub th], where E[sub th] is the photoionization threshold. The cross sections are fitted by simple analytic expressions for E [le] 50 keV, and the ionization energies are fitted by simple polynomials of atomic number Z and number of atomic electrons N. The fit parameters are tabulated. 24 refs., 8 figs., 12 tabs.
