sup 45 Sc( d , p ) sup 46 Sc reaction

The {sup 45}Sc({ital d},{ital p}) reaction has been studied at 12 MeV with an overall energy resolution of {similar to}15 keV. The energy levels in {sup 46}Sc are obtained up to {ital E}{sub {ital x}}{similar to}7 MeV and the angular distributions are measured for most of the levels. The data have been analyzed in terms of the nonlocal finite range distorted-wave Born approximation method and {ital l} values and spectroscopic factors are derived.
