Atlas Minerals' renovated Moab, Utah, mill is slated to go on stream in the first quarter of 1976. It will incorporate a strong acid uranium-vanadium circuit and a caustic precipitation alkaline leach circuit. All liquid effluent which is not recycled will be impounded and evaporated. (DLC)
