The Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) Environmental Studies Advisory Committee is one of two OCS advisory bodies which superseded the OCS Research Management Advisory Board. This report relates primarily to technical aspects of the Department's OCS environmental program which is managed by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM). The environmental program on which advice is being given is summarized and pertinent aspects of Committee activities for the year are reviewed. Certain details concerning both the environmental program and Committee work are included.
