A somewhat stricter spherically symmetrical model of the interplanetary plasma motion, caused by solar flares, is given based on the hypothesis that the principle energy of the flare is released in a limited time interval into the interplanetary medium which is moving radially away from the sun. The dynamical processes which occur outside the focus of the flare are studied. (JFP)
