Skyrme model including rho and A/sub 1/ mesons

We propose a new method to couple rho and A/sub 1/ mesons to the Skyrme model. The mesons in our model are classified according to SU(2) x SU(2) chiral-symmetry-group representations, and treated as independent dynamical fields. Static properties of baryons as solitons are calculated. Predictions are improved compared with the previous models containing rho mesons only.
