Considerations in nondestructive assay verification measurements and their statistical treatment

This paper examines the role and application of nondestructive assay in the verification of previous measurements. Presented herein is a discussion of the nondestructive assay methodology available, factors that affect the NDA system response, considerations in method selection, and the role of nondestructive assay in the verification of previously measured items.
