This report describes a comparison of four alternate methodologies which were used to project air pollution emissions for the metropolitan St. Louis area. Two of the four methodologies also forecast expected ambient air quality levels. The purpose of the study was to summarize the structure and nature of each projection methodology, to compare the numerical projection results, and to discuss the relative advantages of each methodology.
