This purpose of this task is to undertake a field survey at Carswell AFB TX to determine: (1) the presence or absence of contamination within the specified areas of the survey; (2) the potential for migration of identified contaminants in the various environmental media; (3) additional investigations necessary to define the magnitude, extent, direction, and rate of migration of identified contaminants; and (4) potential environmental consequences and health risks of migrating contaminants.
