Sensitivity of the reaction /sup 40/Ca(/sup 13/C, /sup 14/N)/sup 39/K to the /sup 39/K + p form factor

Angular distributions for the reaction /sup 40/Ca(/sup 13/C, /sup 14/N)/sup 39/K (2.53 MeV, 1/2/sup +/) (transferred L = 1) at 68 MeV bombarding energy which are known to oscillate out of phase with exact finite-range distorted-wave Born approximation calculations are shown to be insensitive to the details of the /sup 39/K + p form factor.
