This decision document presents the selected final remedial action for the Second Operable Unit of the Smith's Farm Site, Brooks, Bullitt County, Kentucky. The function of this remedy is to reduce the risk associated with exposure to the (1) contaminated, on-site surface soils, (2) contaminated, on-site surface and ground waters, (3) contaminated, on-site stream sediments, and (4) contaminated, on-site leachate and leachate sediments.
