Three-month-old rats were immunized with a core peptide (p30), bovine serum albumin, or intact Moloney sarcoma cells (MST) and seven days after the last immunization were challenged subcutaneously with MST cells and cells from newborn rats injected with 3-methylcholanthrene. The rates of tumor growth and serum antibody titers in response to each immunization treatment are compared.
