This patent describes a molding method. It comprises: providing a die having an inlet end, an outlet end, and outlet end, and mold cavity defined therein which extends from the inlet end to the outlet end; providing a mandrel, having an outer surface, which extends through the model cavity from the inlet end to the outlet end; passing resin impregnated fibers through the mold cavity and around the mandrel from the inlet end to the outlet end so as to at least partially consolidate the resin impregnated fibers; heating the die and stabilizing the mandrel.
