The infrared (ir) absorption of the quasi-two-dimensional paired boson superconductor is calculated in the dirty limit. Compared with the Mattis-Bardeen behavior of a conventional superconductor, we find that the ir absorption of the boson superconductor has a weaker frequency dependence and a stronger temperature dependence.
