This report contains 13 Technical Notes produced by the Rocky Flats Wind Systems Program in 1979-1980 to document specialized tests of small wind systems and other investigations. Subjects include: vibration, dynamometer, and controlled velocity tests of 1 to 2 kW and 8 kW prototype wind systems; the use of induction generators; data collection and reporting procedures; analog-to-digital data conversion; optical rpm sensors; alternator frequency monitoring; and air density adjustments. A separate abstract was prepared for each of the technical notes.
