From the realization of the constraining algebra ({ital {dot T}}{sub +},{ital T}{sub +})=0 ({ital {dot T}}{sub +}={ital dT}{sub +}/{ital dt}, where {ital T}{sub +} is the raising operator of SU(2){sub {ital L}}) inserted between the longitudinal weak-boson states {l angle}{ital W}{sub {lambda}=0}{sup +}({bold p}){vert bar} and {vert bar}{ital W}{sub {lambda}=0}{sup {minus}}({bold p}){r angle} with infinite momentum {bold p}{r arrow}{infinity}, we present an argument that implies that the mass of the physical Higgs boson is degenerate with that of the neutral weak boson {ital Z}.
