How Petrobras will control Tebig crude oil network

An insrumented supervisory control and data acquisition system (SCADA) is described which is used to monitor and control Brazils Tebig crude oil network designed to move oil from deep water tanker facilities to inland refineries. Descriptions are included of the pier area, auxiliary services, main tank farm, and pipelines. The SCADA system hardware, process control units, and system functions are discussed. (JRD)
