This document outlines the Maintenance Implementation Plan (MIP) for the plutonium Finishing Plant (PFP) located on the Hanford Site at Richland, Washington. This MIP addresses the maintenance program at PFP as it relates to US Department of Energy (DOE) DOE Order 4330.4A (DOE 1990a). In addition to contrasting the PFP Maintenance program to the DOE order, the MIP lays out the key actions to be undertaken to more closely meet the requirements of the order in an effort to develop a more cost-effective and efficient maintenance program.
