This patent describes a combustor. It comprises an outer, vertically extending annular combustion chamber with a top and a bottom; an inner, vertically extending exhaust chamber located concentric to the combustion chamber, the exhaust chamber having an inlet and an outlet, the inlet extending to the top portion of the combustion chamber and having a flange; fuel inlet means for injecting fuel into the combustion chamber; air inlet means for injecting secondary air into the combustion chamber.
