Hadron multiple production in hard processes with nontrivial topology

Collective QCD effects in hard processes with nontrivial topology are studied. Relations between the hadron multiplicities in two- and three-jet events are obtained for the example of e/sup +/e/sup -/ annihilation into hadrons. Measurement of the correlations of multiplicity fluxes in nonjet directions is discussed as a possible future method of checking the quantitative predictions of the picture of local parton-hadron duality.
