The purpose of this PR Notice is to draw attention to and summarize the requirements to maintain records imposed under section 8 of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), sections 408 and 409 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), and regulations thereunder (40 C.F.R. 169.2 and 160.195).
