The program SUMOR, a FORTRAN-IV program for the Philco-2000 for calculation of s-wave neutron scattering and radiative capture cross sections using Reich and Moore resonance formulas; Feshbach, Porter and Weisskopf resonance formulas; and sums of single level formulas, is described. Cross sections are Doppler broadened exactly for target nuclei in Maxwellian motion. Calculated cross sections or calculated cross sections multiplied by reciprocal neutron energy are integrated between arbitrary energy limits. (NSA 22: 11876)
