The purpose of the International Symposium on Superalloys is, once every four years, to provide a forum for the researchers, producers, and users to present the most recent technical information on the high temperature, high performance materials used in the gas turbine industry. The Seventh International Symposium once again covers that recent research and development in all aspects of superalloys and devotes a significant portion of the conference to alternative materials. Individual papers have been processed separately for inclusion in the appropriate data bases.
