In the present paper the authors connect the Lie-admissible Q-algebra (Q-analysis) with the existing models of the q-deformation theory. With the bosonization method they study the model of Ignatiev-Kuzmin which the corresponding annihilation and creation operators satisfy trilinear commutation relations. The idea of the non-bilinear realization of the creation and annihilation operator algebra is suggested to be important for the description of a small violation of the Pauli principle. The trilinear commutation relations are a particular case of the non-linear Q-algebra. With the same method they study also the Fairlie model of two parameter deformation and we obtain for the two unknown functions the same difference equations as by Curtright and Zachos.
