B -meson decays to baryon-antibaryon pairs

We study {ital B}-meson decays to baryon-antibaryon pairs in the factorization formalism. In view of the large momentum transfer involved in these decays, the asymptotic behavior of the form factors is considered. Branching ratios and decay widths for some of the modes are calculated. Final-state-interaction effects may be important for these decays.
