We have measured the spin-transfer parameters {ital K}{sub {ital L}{ital L}}, K{sub SL}, {ital K}{sub {ital L}{ital S}}, and {ital K}{sub {ital S}{ital S}} at 635 MeV from 50{degree} to 178{degree} c.m. and at 485 MeV from 74{degree} to 176{degree} c.m. These new data have a significant impact on the phase-shift analyses. There are now sufficient data near these energies to overdetermine the elastic nucleon-nucleon amplitudes.
