The performance of Prudhoe Bay horizontal wells was evaluated after 1 to 5 years of production. This paper describes the performance of horizontal wells in the Western Operating Area of the Prudhoe Bay Unit (PBU), including surveillance and well-work achievements, new drilling and completion technology, and analytical evaluations.
