Inclusive spectra of hadron resonances in the framework of the multiparton recombination model. Pion and kaon fragmentation

In the framework of the multiparton recombination model we determine the inclusive spectra of direct pion and kaon fragmentation into meson and baryon resonances. From comparing the predictions of the model with the experimental data we obtain estimates of the parameters of the distribution of sea partons in the pion and the kaon. We obtain a satisfactory description of the inclusive spectra of the meson resonances rho/sup 0/ , phi, K/sup +- //sup ,0/ (890), K/sup +- //sup ,0/ (1430), and of the antibaryon resonance Sigma-bar/sup +- / (1385) in a wide range of the Feynman parameter x, and also of the baryon resonances ..sigma../sup +- / (1385) and ..delta../sup + +/(1232) for x>0.4 in the fragmentation region of the pion and the kaon in ..pi..p and Kp interactions at high energies.
