Pion photoproduction on nucleons in the chiral bag model with nucleon recoil effects taken into account

We investigate the process of pion photoproduction on nucleons in the framework of the chiral bag model. We investigate a version of the chiral bag model in which the pions penetrate inside the bag and interact with the quarks in a pseudovector way in the whole volume. We determine the amplitudes of photoproduction of charged pions with nucleon recoil effects taken into account. We calculate the angular and energy distributions of the charged pions, the polarization of the recoil nucleon, and multipoles. We show that recoil effects give an extra contribution to the static approximation of about 10--15%. For {ital R}=1 fm the calculations agree with the experimental data.
