Section 1 presents available data regarding the industries affected by the land disposal restriction, brief descriptions of the waste-generating processes, and waste characterization data. Section 2 discusses the technologies used to treat the wastes; Section 3 presents available treatment performance data; Section explains EPA's determination of BDAT; Section 5 discusses the selection of constituents to be regulated; and Section 6 determines the proposed treatment standards.
