From 85{plus minus}10 examples of the decay {Xi}{sup 0} {r arrow} {Sigma}{sup 0}{gamma} we have measured the decay branching ratio {Gamma}({Xi}{sup 0} {r arrow} {Sigma}{sup 0}{gamma})/{Gamma}({Xi}{sup 0} {r arrow} {Lambda}{pi}{sup 0}) =(3.56{plus minus}0.42(stat){plus minus}0.10(syst)){times}10{sup {minus}3} and the asymmetry parameter {alpha}({Xi}{sup 0} {r arrow} {Sigma}{sup 0}{gamma}) =0.20{plus minus}0.32(stat){plus minus}0.05(syst).
