A model of electroweak interaction of pions and {rho} mesons is constructed taking into account nonabelian anomalies in electroweak currents and the assumption that {rho} mesons are dynamical gauge bosons of hidden local SU(2){sub {ital V}} symmetry of the nonlinear {sigma} model.
