Flux-flow resistance and Hall effect were measured in a Bi{sub 2+{ital x}}Sr{sub 2{minus}{ital y}}CuO{sub 6{plus minus}{delta}} crystal in the superconducting mixed state. The Hall mobility saturates to a temperature-independent plateau at {mu}{sub {ital H}}=0.9 mT{sup {minus}1} at high field ({ital H}{gt}5 T), while the resistance varies nearly as log({ital H}). The absence of features to identify {ital H}{sub {ital c}2}({ital T}) is contrasted with other type-II superconductors of similarly low {ital T}{sub {ital c}}=7 K.
